A huge thank you to Ian and Rich from Tailormade Escapes, for an absolutely faultless holiday experience. From start to finish, everything was handled seamlessly. From booking our flights and hotel to organising private transfers. They genuinely thought of everything, all at an amazing price. What really set them apart were the small personal touches: the thoughtful note waiting for us in the hotel room and the lovely postcard that arrived once we were home. Those details truly made the whole experience feel special and showed how much care and effort they put into their work. If you’re looking for a stress-free, personal, and high-quality travel service, I couldn’t recommend Tailormade Escapes highly enough. We’ll definitely be booking with them again.

Wow, just wow! From start to finish, an amazing holiday organised by Tailormade Escapes! I cannot thank Ian and Rich enough for a wonderful experience and so professional, they just nailed it! The flights were fab, the hotel was excellent, the food was delicious and the entertainment was fantastic!!! We will 100% be booking with the guys again! 10 stars if I could give them.

A massive thank you to Rich and Ian for piecing together our recent family holiday. We chatted through a number of destinations and settled on a trip that took us to Dubrovnik, Naples, Sorrento and Sicily over 3 weeks. Handpicked hotels were amazing and fitted our needs perfectly and transfers between destinations were completely seamless. We even had some surprise treats waiting for us on our arrival. Just to add a little more of a challenge the guys arranged more family members to meet us on our travels. Again, coordinated perfectly arriving at Naples airport just 30 mins apart. If you want to arrive at your destination knowing your location and hotel has been checked out properly and not spend hours on trip advisor reading conflicting reviews then arriving to find out it’s still not what it promised, ditch all the hassle and book with the guys. Can’t recommend enough.

We have just returned from the most beautiful family holiday in Corfu booked with Ian and rich. We couldn’t be happier with the service!! From finding us the perfect hotel, which suited all of our family’s needs… to booking our extras such as hotel parking, private transfers, airport hotel stay. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt truly “looked after” Having always been “the booker” of all our previous trips, I felt a little anxious “letting go!!” . However there was no need to be, They had taken care of everything!!!! We even had some extra added touches during our stay, which really made our holiday! They were literally a WhatsApp message away throughout, and even gave us some airport tips for our return journey home during our stay. Ian and rich really do go above and beyond and we can’t wait to book with them again! Thank you guys x

Before, during and after Rich & Ian checked in with us to ensure everything was going ok and we even arrived home to a post card from them which was such a lovely, personalised touch. 100% would recommend.

What a fantastic team! The tour of Sri Lanka was beautifully arranged, the whole trip was zero hassle and the wonderful guide looked after everything. All I had to worry about was getting up in time for the next exciting day of adventure. Everything was organised and really simple to arrange, I didn’t have to worry about anything. When I had a small issue at the airport Ian & Rich were able to help me deal with it efficiently with just a couple of WhatsApp’s, none of the faff or trying to call the UK from abroad. For that reason alone I would use them again, I felt like they were personally escorting me on the tour. In reality there are dozens of reason why I will most definitely use them again and I’ll never go back to organising trips myself. In fact, they’re already working on my next one. Thank you SO much, I look forward to the next adventure!

What makes for a successful, happy and carefree holiday is knowing that everything has been superbly arranged for you and that if anything goes wrong, then it will be sorted out immediately. Thats the kind of reassurance and confidence that you cannot get booking online, or from high street travel firms. But Ian and Rich deliver on all aspects. My daughter and myself had a fabulous week in Barbados and then a week cruising Caribbean islands. Nothing went wrong at all, but I knew these guys had our backs and would sort out anything. All the little personal touches mean so much too-from the welcome card in our hotel in Barbados, to the welcome home card and keeping in contact in the build up before going on hols. We loved it all. I am confident that our 3 week trip to Canada in June will be just as stress free. So what are you waiting for guys? Its a no brainer - BOOK with IAN and RICH!!!!
